The staff is very nice. They make any time for guests free hot drink on the nice roof top caffe. The yang guy name Deven is helpful for any questions with first time visitors of Nepal are usually have :-)In the winter time it was cold place coz most of rooms is not sunlit. But I think that for the price I paid the hotel is good enough. The location of the hotel is quite central. The staff is friendly. They provided us with airport pick up service which was nice as we arrived in Kathmandu in the evening. Hotel manager take care every day about my cleaning bedding .I remember Hotel Kathmandu terrace forever in my travel.
